Harmony Horse Stables will once again be hosting the Horses: Life in the Barn series with the Littleton Parks, Recreation, and Community Education. Come to Harmony and meet the horses, see where they live, learn their different characteristics, and get a close look at their everyday lives. Children will learn that having a relationship with a horse means being responsible and committed and requires caring for their daily needs. The benefits of involving children in the world of horses, no matter what the age, go beyond entertainment and recreational value.
Children should wear clothing suitable to working in a barn and sturdy shoes or boots. Students will have an opportunity to ride daily. Limit 8.
